Responsibilities
- Prepare profit and loss statement and monthly closing and cost center accounting reports; ensure timely financial and management reports
- Provide report to Headquarters monthly
- Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.
- Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures
- Analyze and review budgets and expenditures
- Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness
- Direct coordinate and monitor all accounting activities (i.e. petty cash, journal entries, payroll, etc), ensure all revenues and expenditures are appropriately recorded and posted along with appropriately supported transaction documents (i.e. receipt, company’s appropriate form, etc), in a timely manner, in order to minimize errors and to support financial reporting activity
- Analyze revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels, and ensure expenditure control
- Resolve accounting discrepancies
- Recommend, develop, and maintain financial database, computer software, accounting systems, and manual filling systems
- Prepare and provide reports to an external auditor and tax officer
- Monitoring and controlling administration department
Qualifications
- Min. Bachelor's Degree of Accounting
- Fluent in English (Business Level)
- 5 -7 years working experience in Accounting Assistant Manager
- Familiar with tax, accounting, and audit
