Job Requirements:

  • At least minimum 6 years of experience in Wealth Management, Financial Advisory, or a related field;
  • Having work experiences from Banking (Funding Wealth) & Securities background are welcome.
  • Proven track record of managing high-net-worth client relationships and growing a client base;
  • Strong knowledge of financial products (Mutual Funds/Reksadana, Bonds, Equity) Services, and Markets;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong sales driven and problem-solving abilities;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
  • High level of integrity and professionalism;
  • Having WPPE License is mandatory and relevant financial certifications (CFA, CFP, etc.) are preferred.

Job Description:

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, conduct regular meetings and reviews with clients to understand their financial needs and goals;
  • Manage and optimize clients' investment portfolios, monitor market conditions and adjust client portfolios as necessary to achieve desired outcomes;
  • Identify, acquire new high-net-worth clients & develop and implement strategies to increase assets under management;
  • Provide exceptional customer service, respond promptly to client inquiries and requests & address and resolve any client issues or concerns effectively;
  • Work closely with other departments to provide integrated financial solutions & coordinate with product specialists to deliver bespoke solutions for clients.
