Responsibilities :
- Develop talent management policies in accordance with the direction/goals and needs of the organization
- Implement, evaluate & analyze talent management initiative, competency development, succession plan, career path and talent development parameters
- Manage the succession planning, talent review, and talent pipeline processes to ensure the availability and readiness of talents for critical positions.
- Perform employee talent support and monitoring
- Shifting talent in the organization
- Monitor the development process for talented employees
- Provide recommendations regarding talent management according to the direction/goals and needs of the organization
- Managing IDP post-assessment program
Requirements :
- min Bachelor's degree in Psychology
- Proven min 5 years working experience in Talent Management or equivalent
- Having experience related 9 box talent
- Understanding the concept of HAV (human asset value)
- Have experience to manage more than 5000 employees and manage group of companies with more than 1 subsidiaries and industries
- Have experience to manage a team
- Detail-oriented, achievement-oriented
- Fluent in English
