  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with internal teams such as product, digital marketing, and creative to align offline efforts with overall brand objectives.
  • Coordinate with finance, legal, and procurement to ensure smooth execution of partnerships and campaigns.
  • Campaign Performance Monitoring:
  • Track the effectiveness of offline campaigns, collect data, and provide insights to improve future initiatives.
  • Liaise with internal teams to gather feedback and ensure cross-functional alignment on campaign goals.
  • Marketing Background:
  • Leverage a marketing education and affinity to bring fresh ideas to the table, ensuring campaigns are both creative and strategically aligned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in brand marketing or partnerships.
  • Experience with offline marketing campaigns (events, promotions) is a bonus.
  • Understanding of offline marketing strategies and partnerships.
  • Experience in managing vendors and working with different teams.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to track and analyze campaign results and provide insights.

  • Familiarity with tools like MS Office or Google Workspace.
