Responsibilities
- Support Offline Marketing Efforts:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of offline marketing campaigns, including events, in-store promotions, and activations.
- Ensure brand consistency across all offline touchpoints.
- Assist in Partnerships:
- Help manage existing partnerships and explore new opportunities for brand collaborations.

- BAU (Business As Usual) Documentation:
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of marketing activities, including campaign briefs, performance reports, meeting notes, and action items.
- Streamline BAU processes for efficient campaign execution.
- Vendor Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendors (e.g., printing companies, media buyers, event coordinators).
- Manage vendor contracts, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams such as product, digital marketing, and creative to align offline efforts with overall brand objectives.
- Coordinate with finance, legal, and procurement to ensure smooth execution of partnerships and campaigns.
- Campaign Performance Monitoring:
- Track the effectiveness of offline campaigns, collect data, and provide insights to improve future initiatives.
- Liaise with internal teams to gather feedback and ensure cross-functional alignment on campaign goals.
- Marketing Background:
- Leverage a marketing education and affinity to bring fresh ideas to the table, ensuring campaigns are both creative and strategically aligned.
- Stay updated on marketing trends, especially those relevant to offline strategies and partnerships.
- Relationship Building:
- Foster strong internal relationships with cross-functional teams to drive collaboration.
- Ensure effective communication between stakeholders, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned on project timelines and objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in brand marketing or partnerships.
- Experience with offline marketing campaigns (events, promotions) is a bonus.
- Understanding of offline marketing strategies and partnerships.
- Experience in managing vendors and working with different teams.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Ability to track and analyze campaign results and provide insights.
- Attention to detail, ensuring brand consistency.
- Familiarity with tools like MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Experience with campaign documentation and reporting.
