Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and onboard new agencies to our dynamic platform.
  • Provide tailored support and solutions to agencies, helping them navigate challenges.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing agencies to ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to swiftly address agency issues and enhance service quality.
  • Conduct regular check-ins to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor industry trends to identify exciting new opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in business development or community management, ideally in the live streaming, voice chat, 1v1, gaming, or tech sectors.
  • Good Communication in English
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven mindset.
