The Seller Relationship Manager is responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with key sellers, prioritizing their issues, and ensuring any critical concerns are addressed. This role focuses on seller satisfaction and conducts regular visits to top-tier sellers to gather feedback and ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Seller Visits: Conduct regular and ad-hoc visits to key sellers based on their size and criticality, addressing unresolved issues or providing support.
  • Issue Resolution: Collaborate with Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure seller issues are prioritized and resolved efficiently.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from sellers during visits and through periodic surveys, reporting Insights to leadership and Operations for continuous improvement.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong, long-term relationships with sellers, acting as their primary point of contact within the department.
  • Escalation Handling: Address high-risk issues that could impact relationships or result in negative exposure on social media platforms, ensuring quick and effective resolution.
  • Seller Satisfaction Tracking: Monitor seller satisfaction levels and recommend process or service improvements based on feedback.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 3 years experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluency in Bahasa, English – ability / fluency in Chinese language will be a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
