Job Description
- Market Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market reach.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Sales Acquisition: Generate new business through various prospecting activities, including cold calling, networking, and direct outreach.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the Head of Business Development and marketing team to create and deliver compelling sales materials.
- Client Engagement: Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand their needs and present the company's solutions.
- Performance Analysis: Analyse unsuccessful sales pursuits to identify areas for improvement and report findings to management.
- Client Interaction: Serve as the primary company representative in client interactions and negotiations.
- General Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or related fields.
- 4-6 years of experience in business management, sales, or a related role, preferably in the Banking / Fintech / Payment industry.
- Proven ability to lead and grow teams, ideally with experience in a startup or entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Possess strong logical, analytical, and critical thinking abilities in identifying problems and developing practical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Familiarity with the Indonesian business landscape, especially in financial services, is a plus but not required.
- High adaptability and a hands-on approach to building a business from scratch.
- Experience working in fast-paced or startup environments.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions.
