Qualifications:
- Minimum D3 / S1 any major
- Minimum GPA 2.75
- Experience minimum 2 year in hospitality or travel industry
- Fluent in English both of Written and Speaking (Minimum C1 level required)
- Communicative
- Willing to work in SHIFTING SCHEDULE including Weekend and Public Holiday
- Willing to be placed in BALI
Responsibility:
- Answering an Incoming calls and Respond to Email
- Handle Customer Inquiries by calls and email
- Provide Customers about Product and Service Information
- Identify and Escalate Priority Issues
- Documenting All Information According to Standard Operating Procedures
- Complete All Chat Logs
- Updating customers profile into computer
- Conduct customer surveys to ascertain level of customer service
- Able to quickly locate user problems and provide solution
