OMG is a rapidly growing company in the Swimming Pool Industry, specializing in the trade and distribution of a wide range of swimming pool equipment, supplies, and chemicals. We partner with channel-partners and pool-contractors to serve both residential and commercial customers, including homeowners, hotels, and resorts.

We are currently seeking a dynamic Channel Sales Representative to manage and grow relationships with our channel-partners and pool-contractors, driving sales growth in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Sales Growth: Collaborate with existing and new channel-partners and pool-contractors to drive sales and expand market reach.
  • Build New Business Relationships: Identify potential customers and manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Maintain and Expand Accounts: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing partners and customers, ensuring long-term success.
  • Strategic Sales Development: Review and evaluate sales processes, using critical thinking to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborate on Marketing Initiatives: Participate in marketing campaigns, assist in customer relationship management systems, and contribute to building a strong, results-driven team.
  • Work with Senior Management: Operate effectively with senior-level management to ensure alignment on sales and growth objectives.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, science, engineering, or a related field from an accredited university.
  • 3-5 years of experience in channel sales or a related field, preferably within the swimming pool or similar industries.
  • Strong understanding of market trends and the ability to anticipate shifts and future projections.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills, including the ability to multitask and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage senior-level management and key decision-makers.
