  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion within the Building & Infrastructure division
  • Identify market opportunities, trends, and client needs to inform business development strategies
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to enhance the company's market presence
  • Oversee the execution of projects within the division, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints
  • Optimize resource utilization, including staffing levels, equipment, and materials, to maximize efficiency and profitability
  • Manage divisional budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to achieve revenue and profitability targets
  • Provide strong leadership and mentorship to divisional staff, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement


The Successful Applicant
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 15 years experience in management role within the Construction industry, preferably with experience in PMC company and focus on Building & Infrastructure projects.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex projects and driving business growth.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and cost management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective business strategies.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
  • Fluency in English
