Responsibilities
- Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation and organizational development
- Participate in the continual development of HR programs, such as recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, and L&D
- Initiate, implement, and monitor HR processes and the execution of HR programs (Manpower plan, recruitment coordination, learning and development activities, organization development and changes, etc.) in the Operations division.
- Manage and drive strategy and best practice of end-to-end recruitment cycle and hiring process across the operations - talent acquisition team.
- Create consistent and compelling employer branding messages that are in line with the targeted talents and business needs.
- Support the division leadership team to ensure the OKR and individual’s KPI are achieved, and identify the performance issues and improvement needed.
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of the business
- Min. Bachelor's degree, preferably in Law, Psychology, or Human Resources is a plus
- Mini. 5 years of experience in People Team, with a minimum of 2 years experience in managing People team
- Proven experience in managing and executing recruitment, HR business partner, and people operations (HRIS & Payroll)
- A data-driven person with the ability to advocate for investment in people operations strategies that are in line with the division objectives
- Quick to adapt to a new environment and people of varied backgrounds and cultures
- A deep knowledge and understanding of manpower regulations and policies
- Willing to travel for work
