Job Description-

2024 could be the year for exponential growth for you! You can achieve a lot more remotely and make a mark globally with this IT Content Writer Internship for Cogent IBS. Cogent Integrated Business Solutions is currently seeking IT Content Writers for various segments of Information Technology.

Duration: 4 Months (120 days)

Employment Type: Internship (100% Work from home)

Responsibilities:

Primary responsibilities will include to create content, articles, and photographs for accuracy and appropriateness, providing suggestions where necessary to improve them.

Edit and write to ensure all Industrial guidelines and tone are met, ensuring that all content produced falls in line with this style to generate more traffic.

Duties: Submitting at least 2-3 articles/newsletters on the topic assigned by the team lead.

Role:

Writing Plagiarism-free Content as blogs and newsletters for Cogent.

Participate in the Team Meetings and have healthy discussions in the brainstorming session.

The meetings are held thrice a week (MWF), interns need to attend at least two. If somebody is working then they may seek permission from the team lead and figure a way out as to how things shall unfold.

Even if you can't make it to the meeting, yet want to continue with the internship, then you have to be an active performer and be in regular contact with the team lead.

Once they are done with their Articles, they need to submit their draft written in a WORD file in the Content Channel. That's all!

The content then gets quality-checked (proofread and edited) before getting published on our respective pages. (posting is done by the internal team and not by the interns)

Requirements:

Available for work remotely

Knowledge of IT and latest technology would be an advantage

Having excellent writing and editing skills, have resources to get lead and scoop for news story Can start immediately

Pursuing College/University degrees or recent graduates in a relevant field or possessing relevant skills

Ability to work in US EST/PST zone
