【3】Collaborate with the shooting and editing teams, guide and supervise the video production, ensuring that the production quality meets company standards and has the potential for high exposure.

【4】Regularly analyze campaign data and continuously optimize the content direction based on feedback, producing more trended video content.

【5】Analyze the platform's content marketing strategies and continuously improve effectiveness, delivering effective directorial methodologies.

Requirements:

【1】Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in content planning, social media specialist roles, content strategy, or other related positions.Proven experience in creating ad content scripts.

【2】Demonstrate a robust understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends, social media trends, and algorithms to craft compelling ad content.

【3】Preferred background or exposure to the beauty or skincare industry. Exhibit a personal passion for the beauty industry and in-depth knowledge of beauty trends.

【4】Hold a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. Fluent in English, both verbally and in written communication.Proficiency in Mandarin will be a significant advantage.
