WHAT WILL YOU DO?
1. Business Development Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to tap into new markets.
- Identify potential clients and cultivate relationships to increase our client base.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to define business goals and align initiatives.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
- Assist in meeting and building relationships with existing and potential clients, focusing on creating business opportunities.
- Maintain and update client information, ensuring a strong and healthy client database.
- Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups to assess client satisfaction and uncover further opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring a win-win for both the agency and the client.
3. Market Analysis & Reporting:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze sales data and client feedback to refine business development strategies.
- Provide regular reports to management on performance metrics, forecasts, and market insights.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and analysis of industry trends.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- 3+ years of business development/sales experience working in a digital marketing agency
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship building skills
- Proven track record of successful hitting sales target and KPIs
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience in team management
- Detail-oriented, well organized with good sense of responsibility
