WHAT WILL YOU DO?

1. Business Development Strategy:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to tap into new markets.
  • Identify potential clients and cultivate relationships to increase our client base.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to define business goals and align initiatives.

2. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
  • Assist in meeting and building relationships with existing and potential clients, focusing on creating business opportunities.
  • Maintain and update client information, ensuring a strong and healthy client database.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups to assess client satisfaction and uncover further opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring a win-win for both the agency and the client.

3. Market Analysis & Reporting:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Analyze sales data and client feedback to refine business development strategies.
  • Provide regular reports to management on performance metrics, forecasts, and market insights.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and analysis of industry trends.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • 3+ years of business development/sales experience working in a digital marketing agency
  • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship building skills
  • Proven track record of successful hitting sales target and KPIs
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Experience in team management
  • Detail-oriented, well organized with good sense of responsibility
