Responsibilities:
- Identify new market opportunities and build relationships with prospective clients.
- Develop business strategies and plans to achieve sales and growth targets.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
- Prepare and present business proposals to prospects and potential partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to enhance brand awareness and product offerings.
- Monitor project progress and produce regular reports on target achievements.
- Negotiate with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Fresh graduates from any major are welcome to apply.
- Willing to work from the office (WFO) in the Karet area, Central Jakarta.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Experience working with targets and results-oriented.
- Basic understanding of market analysis and strategy planning is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, especially in building client relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience using CRM tools (such as Salesforce or HubSpot) is an added advantage.
