Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Define a fair, equitable, and competitive compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to the company’s strategy and business goals.
  2. Reviewing a wide range of relevant compensation data to ensure the company's remuneration policies are competitive.
  3. Responsible for delivering year-end performance, bonus, and salary review processes.
  4. Design compensation packages and bonus programs that align with the company’s strategic plan.
  5. Developing and implementing new compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures.
  6. Create policies and procedures for compensation and benefits that align with company culture and business strategy.
  7. Supervise his/her team and act as their point of escalation for employee inquiries.
  8. Develop programs to improve the performance, engagement, and satisfaction of our employees.
  9. Overseeing all system upgrades and system additions in partnership with the Information Technology (IT) department.
  10. Ensuring all HR-related systems are compliant with data protection laws.
  11. Conducting detailed research on salaries and labor markets
  12. Preparing monthly audits and reports and presenting them to the higher management
  13. Preparing Annual Business Plan report analysis related to manpower planning allocation.
  14. Providing and presenting information, data, and reports related to rewards as needed.

Requirements:

  1. Min. Bachelor degree in any major
  2. Min. 5 years in relevant positions, and proven track record in compensation practices, techniques, reward structures, and HC Information system
