Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Define a fair, equitable, and competitive compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to the company’s strategy and business goals.
- Reviewing a wide range of relevant compensation data to ensure the company's remuneration policies are competitive.
- Responsible for delivering year-end performance, bonus, and salary review processes.
- Design compensation packages and bonus programs that align with the company’s strategic plan.
- Developing and implementing new compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures.
- Create policies and procedures for compensation and benefits that align with company culture and business strategy.
- Supervise his/her team and act as their point of escalation for employee inquiries.
- Develop programs to improve the performance, engagement, and satisfaction of our employees.
- Overseeing all system upgrades and system additions in partnership with the Information Technology (IT) department.
- Ensuring all HR-related systems are compliant with data protection laws.
- Conducting detailed research on salaries and labor markets
- Preparing monthly audits and reports and presenting them to the higher management
- Preparing Annual Business Plan report analysis related to manpower planning allocation.
- Providing and presenting information, data, and reports related to rewards as needed.
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor degree in any major
- Min. 5 years in relevant positions, and proven track record in compensation practices, techniques, reward structures, and HC Information system
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Conceptual thinking
- Communication skills both verbal and written.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent analytical, modeling, and data analysis skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
