  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description People and Development
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources People and Development professional at OTCA. The role involves managing HR policies, employee benefits, HR management, and personnel management on a day-to-day basis. The position is based in Malang.

Qualifications
  • Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
  • Strong understanding of HR policies and employee benefits
  • Has work Personnel Management experience especially People and Development minimal 2 years
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations
  • Experience in the education sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
