Job Title: Compliance Specialist III

We are currently seeking a Compliance Specialist III to join our Trade Compliance team. In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring that our company adheres to all applicable trade laws and regulations for our operations in Indonesia. As a Compliance Specialist III, you will be responsible for overseeing import and export trade operations, managing customs clearance processes, resolving issues, and optimizing trade costs and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and review all import and export transactions and documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with local and international trade rules and requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members and external partners to ensure efficient customs clearance and timely delivery of goods.
  • Maintain and update trade compliance policies, procedures, and manuals, and provide training and guidance to relevant staff and business partners.
  • Conduct periodic audits and assessments of trade compliance performance and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Research and analyze changes in trade laws and regulations and advise management on their impact and implications.
  • Support trade compliance projects and collaborate with other specialists across different markets and functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in international trade, business, law, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in trade compliance, customs, or import/export operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of trade laws and regulations in Indonesia and major trading partners.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
