Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and optimize performance ads across Meta, TikTok, and Google platforms to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Create detailed reports on ad performance and key metrics for stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor budget and ad spending to ensure campaigns are cost-effective and aligned with company goals.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and updates in digital advertising, ensuring our campaigns are using the best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience running performance ad campaigns, preferably within consumer goods or health and wellness sectors.
  • Proven track record of managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and Google Ads campaigns with measurable results.
  • Proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to create clear and concise reports for stakeholders.
