  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Accountant & Tax Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our financial operations, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and providing insightful financial analysis to support our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate billing and collections.
  • Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Handle tax planning and compliance, including preparing tax returns and ensuring timely submissions.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial strategies align with business objectives.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial planning processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Finance Accountant or Tax Specialist.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations.
  • Proficient in accounting software (Jurnal is a plus) and MS Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Passion for education and technology is a plus!
