Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Content Specialist Intern located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Content Specialist Intern will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as communication, content writing, content strategy, writing, and content management. The role involves assisting in podcast production, social media distribution, and B2B/B2C client services.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts is a plus.
  • Strong creative and storytelling skills, with an eye for producing engaging content.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work within a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Interest in podcast production and social media content creation.
  • Willing to WFO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing social media and digital content strategies that align with market trends and client goals.
  • Help create content plans and social media calendars for clients, ensuring consistency with their brand voice and objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track growth and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to design and produce social media content and podcasts.
  • Support the production of podcast episodes, including Christian-themed content, ensuring alignment with audience values.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and pitch decks for internal reviews and client meetings.
