Project Manager

Job Description:

• Lead and oversee project management and delivery teams to ensure successful execution of all projects.
• Define, track, and report on project performance metrics to ensure projects are on track to meet business goals.
• Provide continuous feedback and development opportunities that enhance team effectiveness and individual performance.
• Engage with clients regularly, managing expectations and building long-term relationships.
• Manage complex stakeholder relationships and lead change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions and successful project outcomes.
• Act as the main point of contact for resolving issues related to project delivery, client expectations, or team performance.
• Bring in new project opportunities that align with company goals and drive revenue growth.
• Actively seek out and secure new project opportunities that will contribute to the company’s revenue.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, including leadership of cross-functional teams and complex projects.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills, inspire and develop team members.
• Proven ability to generate new project opportunities and contribute to business development.
• Excellent client management and business development skills.
• Experienced in manage complex stakeholder relationships and lead change management initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
