- Lead learning & development related to development, communication, implementation, and facilitation of training programs
- Manage GA functional effectiveness process and initiatives including Building Management, Employee Facilities, Outsourcing Management and CSR activity
- Actively participate in maintaining a safe, healthy and secure work environment that is also environmentally friendly

- Degree in HR, Law, Psychology or any discipline from a reputable university
- At least 12 years of experience in the HR field
