- Lead learning & development related to development, communication, implementation, and facilitation of training programs
- Manage GA functional effectiveness process and initiatives including Building Management, Employee Facilities, Outsourcing Management and CSR activity
- Actively participate in maintaining a safe, healthy and secure work environment that is also environmentally friendly
