Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for social media marketing, lead generation, marketing strategies, web analytics, and overall digital marketing efforts for JJ.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy: This includes defining target audiences, setting goals and objectives, and outlining the strategies and tactics to be used across various digital channels.
  • Conduct market research and analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs): Determine the metrics that will be used to measure the success of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and implement overarching digital strategies: Create long-term visions for the company's digital presence, aligning with overall business goals.
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging trends

2. Channel Management:

  • Oversee all digital marketing channels: This includes the company website, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and any other relevant online platforms.
  • Manage social media presence: Develop and execute social media strategies to engage audiences, build brand awareness, and drive traffic.
  • Optimize website content and performance: Ensure the website is user-friendly, optimized for search engines, and effectively converts visitors into leads or customers.
  • Deep understanding of digital ecosystems: Expert-level knowledge of various digital channels
  • Data-driven decision making: THave highly analytical, using data to inform every aspect of strategy and measure ROI effectively.
  • Technical proficiency: Have a strong grasp of marketing technologies, analytics platforms, and automation tools.

3. Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns: Develop and launch campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and search engines.
  • Manage budgets and resources: Allocate resources effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Track and analyze campaign performance: Monitor key metrics, identify areas for improvement, and make adjustments to optimize campaigns.

4. Team Management:

  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists: Provide guidance, support, and feedback to team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment: Encourage creativity, teamwork, and continuous learning.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team: Build a strong team culture, delegate effectively, and provide guidance and support to team members.
  • Manage complex projects and campaigns
  • Develop and manage budgets: Responsible for allocating and optimizing marketing spend.

5. Reporting and Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze key metrics: Track website traffic, engagement, lead generation, conversions, and other relevant data.
  • Generate reports on campaign performance: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the progress and results of digital marketing activities, present strategies and results to senior management, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Use data to inform future strategies: Extract insights from data analysis to improve future campaigns and overall digital marketing strategy.
