Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Bokashi in Pererenan. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, handling hiring processes, maintaining communication with teams, and enhancing food & beverage services.

Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Hiring and Communication
  • Knowledge of Food & Beverage management
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field is beneficial
