Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager at Luxury Villas Ubud. The Sales Manager will be responsible for promoting and selling the unique experiences offered by Khastana Hadi Luxury Countryside Villas in Ubud, with some remote work. Day-to-day tasks include developing sales strategies, building travel agents & concierge relationships, conducting market research, and achieving sales targets.

Role includes:

  • Sourcing and building sales opportunities with offline agents
  • Sharing the value of the countryside villa experience and retaining the premium brand image
  • strategising monthly and yearly sales and action plan
  • overseeing e-commerce sales on various OTA platforms

Qualifications

  • Sales Strategy Development, Client Relationship Management, and Market Research skills
  • Proven track record in luxury hospitality sales
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Experience in promoting luxury accommodations or experiences
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of the luxury travel market and trends
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business, or related field
