- Bachelor's degree in international business or related field
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is mandatory
- TOEFL certificate required
- Willingness to travel abroad for business assignments
- Knowledge of export documentation and international trade regulations
- Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
