We are the education partner of Carnegie Mellon Robotics Academy (CMRA) in Southeast Asia to deliver their curriculum and certification for both K-12 STEM education and Technical & Vocational Education Training (TVET). Through our training and certification, high school students enhance their chances of entering the best universities worldwide and university and college graduates get access to internship opportunities and jobs of the future.

We are seeking a highly skilled and resourceful Curriculum Development Executive with a passion for creating innovative and engaging learning experiences to prepare the next generation to be future-ready. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing curricula for both adult/corporate training programs, including digital transformation, entrepreneurship, leadership, and negotiation, and K-12 students, including S.T.E.M., robotics, and coding. This role requires creativity, systematic thinking, and a strong technical background to design project-based learning content that fosters both practical skills and critical thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive curricula for adult/corporate training programs on topics such as digital transformation, negotiation, entrepreneurship, and sustainability.
  • Design engaging, collaborative, hands-on curricula for K-12 students in areas like S.T.E.M., coding, and robotics.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure that content is industry-relevant, up-to-date, and aligned with learning objectives across both corporate and K-12 education.
  • Create structured lesson plans, activities, case studies, and assessments that cater to different learning styles and competencies for both adults and students.
  • Ensure curricula are aligned with educational standards for K-12 programs, and with corporate goals for training programs, fostering practical applications and problem-solving.
  • Develop project-based and interactive learning experiences that encourage creativity, critical thinking, and technical skills.
  • Continuously review and update existing curricula to incorporate the latest trends in education, technology, and industry developments.
  • Provide training, guidance, and resources to educators and corporate trainers on how to effectively deliver the curricula.
  • Manage the end-to-end curriculum development process, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of materials for both corporate and educational settings.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers, teachers, corporate trainers, and other stakeholders to optimize curriculum content and delivery methods.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of curriculum development and group teaching experience, preferably with EdTech companies.
  • Proven experience in developing curricula for both adult/corporate training and K-12 education.
  • Strong technical background in engineering, computer science, or related fields is preferred.
  • Experience with creating learning materials for digital transformation, negotiation, entrepreneurship, sustainability (corporate training), and S.T.E.M., coding, and robotics (K-12 education).
  • Highly organized, systematic, and logical thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative, resourceful, and skilled at designing engaging, interactive, and outcome-focused learning experiences.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse multicultural teams.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends, methodologies, and technologies in education and training.
  • Degree or diploma in education, instructional design, engineering, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proficient in both written and oral English and Bahasa Indonesia.
