Responsibilities:

1. Talent Management:

  • Supervise end-to-end recruitment process to ensure manpower fulfillment and placement accuracy
  • Create a short to mid-term recruitment strategy to ensure an effective & efficient recruitment process
  • Create a talent management strategy and succession plan

2. Performance Management:

  • Create a performance management system
  • Run performance calibration each cycle

3. Organization Development:

  • Create organization fundamentals (structure, job evaluation and job description) for all positions
  • Liaise with business leaders to ensure the organization's effectiveness

4. Learning & Development:

  • Analyze training & development needs
  • Develop learning & development programs for leaders & employee

Requirements:

  1. Min. Bachelor's degree (industrial engineering, management, or related)
  2. Min. 5 years of experience handling OD, Performance, & Talent Management
  3. Exceptional organizational and communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively with senior management and external stakeholders.
  4. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure, high level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
