Job Description
- Assisting the operations manager in making operational plan
- Perform analysis and work initiatives for daily operational
- Ensuring Housekeeping team deliver the best standards in terms of cleanliness and tidiness in Rukita Unit
- Ensuring Housekeeping team delivering day to day SOP related to Operational in the Unit
- Conducting Operational Training related to the SOP and Basic Rules
- Coaching, monitoring and Lead by Examples for Housekeeping team
Requirement
- Minimum of 2 years Housekeeping background
- Have minimum of 2 years experience in Hotel or Hospitality
- Have an experience as a Departmental Trainer/Departmental Coach
- Hotel education background is preferable
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor
- Ready to work in a Mobile Arrangement using own vehicles
