Role Description

The Brand Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies, managing brand development projects, overseeing brand management activities, and enhancing communication strategies that resonates with the target audience through online and offline activities. Details as follow:

1. Online & Offline Activation

Conceptualize, and create, online & offline marketing activation aligned with Rimkirim's branding guidelines to

increase brand awareness, strengthen our brand identity and drive audience engagement.

2. Support for Daily Contents Activations

Work with the social media team to achieve experiential and engaging social media contents by planing and

providing feedback, if necessary, for Rimkirim’s monthly editorial plan.

3. Influencer Collaboration

Support social media team to identify new potential influencers and communites that align with Rimkirim's

brand image and campaign objectives.

4. Consumer Insights and innovation

Provides valuable insights into consumer behavior, drawing on lessons from past marketing activations to foster ongoing innovation and enhance effectiveness.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Branding, Management, or a related field. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  2. Strong ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts for brand strategies and marketing activations.
  3. Understanding of market trends and consumer behavior, with the ability to analyze data to inform decisions.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey brand messages and collaborate with team members.
  5. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  6. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies, including content creation.
  7. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  8. Open to feedback and willing to learn from experiences to continuously improve brand strategies.
  9. Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail in all marketing materials and communications.

Salary: Monthly salary of IDR 6 - 8 million, reflecting your skills and experience.

Hybrid Work Flexibility: Mix of in-office and remote work, 3 days WFO & 2 days WFH.
