We are seeking a AI Prompter/ ChatGPT Automation and Business Improvement Specialist to help streamline our operations using ChatGPT and provide valuable insights for business improvement. This role will focus on using ChatGPT to automate client proposals, CRM processes, manage client advice, and handle routine email responses. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to contribute ideas and suggestions to improve workflows and enhance overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Automate Client Proposals: Use ChatGPT to quickly create customized proposals based on client needs.

2. CRM Automation: Implement and manage ChatGPT integrations to automate project creation and task assignments in our CRM system.

3. Client Advice Handling: Train ChatGPT to respond to common client inquiries using our existing knowledge base and guidelines.

4. Email Automation: Automate responses to frequently asked client questions (e.g., quotes) using ChatGPT.

5. Work Guides: Organize and input internal work guides into ChatGPT, ensuring it can provide step-by-step assistance for common tasks.
