Role Description

• Enhance pre-sales customer interactions for a better experience.

• Provide technical expertise and address product value and queries.

• Demonstrate how Feedloop's product meets customer needs through demos.

• Act as the main contact for technical guidance and escalate issues as needed.

• Create and maintain pre-sales documentation and FAQs.

• Develop strong relationships with customers throughout their journey.

• Advocate for customer needs and collect feedback for product development.

• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams for a seamless pre-sales experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in Sales Engineer or similar role with large, global organizations; experience with technical enterprise products preferred.

• Proven track record in enhancing pre-sales customer experience.

• Experience in technical and compliance support for B2B SaaS products.

• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, especially with executives.

• Humble, proactive, and willing to assist others.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

• Ability to work independently or in a group.

• Understanding of software development cycle and programming tools (plus).

• Commitment to promoting Feedloop AI.
