This role is vital in promoting a strong safety culture, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring the reliability of our operations within the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Management of KPIs of their responsibility area
  • Drive the actions to support SHO in the maintenance areas.
  • Audit the execution of maintenance according systems and processes defined.
  • Ensure that 100% of the maintenance tasks are done with Work order.
  • Management of maintenance activities (CM, PM, PdM).
  • Provide resource to maintenance execution and continuous develop the organizational capability in your area.
  • Optimization the process of maintenance with focus on efficiency and losses reduction (PMO).
  • Cost accountability in areas of responsibility
  • Feeding the base date of your team through
  • Use of Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
  • Support Plant Optimization.
  • Drive the craftsman to achieve the Asset Management culture. (Pam).
  • Managing human capital with integrity (Hmc, Int).
  • Continuous skills development and improve competency-based knowledge and lessons learned.
  • Defect elimination Culture.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of manufacturing experience in maintenance and/or engineering
  • 2 to 3 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience in a Union environment
  • Experience in a Continuous Improvement / Zero Loss Concept / Total Productive Maintenance / Lean environment
  • Thorough understanding of maintenance systems and manufacturing equipment
  • Customer focus, both internal and external
  • Background in scheduling, safety and project management
  • Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills (Servant Leader)
  • Problem-solving skills and mentality
