Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations based on financial data analysis.
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
  • Reconciliations: Perform regular account reconciliations to maintain the integrity of financial data, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for streamlining accounting processes and enhancing efficiency, contributing to a more effective financial operation.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CMA designation is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of experience in accounting, with a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices. Experience in both in-house accounting and an accounting firm is a plus.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • A meticulous approach to work, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial activities.
