Job Descriptions :
- Lead the team in creating and implementing effective sales tactics and promotional campaigns.
- Develop sales and marketing campaigns (end-to-end KOL campaigns that support brand initiatives, pricing, and promotional activities) and social media campaigns (branding initiatives, content planning).
- Manage and allocate marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective strategies.
- Oversee inventory management to enhance revenue and ensure optimal stock levels.
- Work closely with the sales marketing and creative team to produce high-quality, innovative content, including photos, videos, and graphics for marketing campaigns, while ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
