Junior Product Manager

Job Description:

1. Brainstorm and implement event plans and concepts.
2. Produce detailed proposals for events (including schedule, venue, suppliers, legal obligations, staff and budget).
3. Establish communication with partners.
4. Search and compare different vendors for each event.
5. Organize and coordinate an event (Webinar, Seminar, Workshop, Bootcamp, and other events).
6. Work closely with sales and marketing team to publicize and promote the event.

Requirements:

1. At least D3 or S1 graduate in Management, Marketing, Event Management, Communication, or related field.
2. 0-1 year experience in related field, fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Internship or project event experience will be a plus.
3. Good communication verbally and in writing.
4. Able to organize and manage multiple tasks or projects at once well.
5. Able to work closely with internal teams, including sales and marketing teams.
6. Detail-Oriented.
7. Ability to negotiate with vendors and partners.
8. Basic problem solving skills and fast learner when facing new challenges.
9. Familiar with tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Especially Spreadsheet).
