Personal Assistant (On-site in Canggu)

Location: Canggu, Bali (Applicants must be in close proximity to Canggu, as this is an on-site position)

Trial Period: 7-day paid trial (All expenses covered including accommodation, food, and compensation at the end of the trial, with the opportunity for a full-time contract).

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated personal assistant to help manage our luxury villa properties in Canggu. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing bookings, handling guest services, and managing a team of on-site staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage villa bookings on platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, and Agoda.

• Handle guest services, including welcoming guests, ensuring their stay is enjoyable, and addressing any needs.

• Upsell our services to guests, including on-site massages, personal chef services, and other luxury experiences.

• Manage staff members such as cleaners, barbers, masseuses, security personnel, and other team members to ensure smooth operations.

• Oversee inventory and handle any guest-related requests efficiently.

• Assist in daily villa operations to ensure everything is running smoothly.

Requirements:

• Must be located in or near Canggu, Bali.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams efficiently.

• Experience in hospitality or property management is preferred.
