Job Overview:

As the Personal Assistant to the CEO of a growing company, you will take on a highly versatile role, supporting the CEO with a wide range of tasks. This position requires someone who is adaptable, organized, and able to work independently. You will handle everything from administrative tasks to HR duties and travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the CEO in day-to-day activities and ensure smooth operation of the office.
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and arrange calls.
  • Handle HR tasks, including sending offers, onboarding new employees, and supporting internal communications.
  • Guide employees by providing necessary resources, answering their queries, and ensuring smooth internal processes.
  • Research and book travel plans for the CEO, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries, while ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Create reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
  • Assist with event planning and coordinating company-wide initiatives.
  • Take on ad hoc tasks as required by the CEO.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with office software (Word, Excel, email systems) and online platforms for booking travel.
  • Ability to work independently and anticipate the needs of the CEO.
  • Experience in HR, office management, or personal assistance is a plus.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
