Role Overview:
As a Part-Time Assistant, you'll be an essential part of our team, handling administrative tasks, organizing operations, and assisting with various projects. This role provides an opportunity to grow and work in a supportive, innovative setting where you can develop your skills.
Working Hours:
- Option 1: 08:30 - 12:30 WITA
- Option 2: 14:00 - 18:00 WITA
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily administrative operations
- Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals
- Assist in the preparation of materials and presentations
- Contribute to various projects, including content creation and event planning
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Proficient with Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs)
- Experience with Canva for basic design tasks
- Must have your own laptop
- Able to work on-site in Gianyar, Bali
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
- Interest in practicing a growth mindset and self-development
