Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from Human Resources, Legal or related
- At least 3 years working experience in HRGA
- Understand of HRGA function and task
- Detail, fast learner, and good thinking
- High initiative and agile
- Good in English is preferrable
- Have an understanding of government regulation such as Omnibus Law, Industrial Relation, and BPJS is a big plus
- Manage employee administration which includes (attendance data, leave, payroll, and regular employee data updates) including employee performance KPI
- Registration process BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan (in/out)
- Responsible to maintain compensation & benefit
- Create, develop and improve (Job Description, SOP, and KPI)
- Responsible for General Affairs, procurement and operation facility of the company
- Maintain relationship with third party and company such as (finance, operation)
- Maintain and control asset management of company
