Role Overview:

As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Human Resources department with various administrative tasks. This position is ideal for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual with a passion for HR and a desire to grow in this field.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain employee records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
  • Manage HR-related inquiries from employees, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Active participation in student organizations activities is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
