Job Description

  1. Product Planning: Responsible for formulating long-term and short-term development strategies for products, conducting market research and analysis, monitoring market trends, understanding user needs and potential opportunities, formulating product planning plans, and ensuring that products can meet market and user needs.
  2. Product Design: Propose product design plans, including product function design, user interface design, interaction design, etc., to ensure that products meet user operating habits and experience needs.
  3. Product Requirements Management: Analyze market and user needs, determine product functional requirements and priorities, and update requirements documents in a timely manner to provide the development team with clear requirements directions and functional descriptions.
  4. Product Development and Testing: Cooperate with the R&D team to formulate development plans and progress control, track project progress in a timely manner during the development process, and ensure product quality and user experience. At the same time, responsible for system testing and user testing of products, and evaluate product availability and ease of use from the user's perspective.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree of business management, marketing or related field

- 3-5 years experience in product management, marketing or development product

- Experience in managing the product life cycle, from development to launch and performance evaluation

- Have in-depth knowledge of consumer behavior, market trends and competitor analysis in the FMCG sector

- Experience in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, including promotions, branding and digital campaigns

- Experience in analyzing sales data, consumer feedback, and market trends to make data-driven decisions
