Senior Manager HRBP

About The Role

Our client is a highly regarded global agribusiness / palm oil company. They are currently seeking an experienced HRBP Senior Manager to lead, organize, and look after the end-to-end HR operations of their multiple plantation sites across Indonesia. This role will be based full-time in Kalimantan.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead HR Business Partnering initiatives and oversee HR Operations for multiple plantation sites across Indonesia
• Manage industrial relations and external partnerships to ensure a harmonious and productive work environment, and maintain good relationships with unions, the surrounding community, and government agencies.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with business objectives
• Leads a process of organisational planning that addresses issues such as succession planning (in line with Global policy), workforce development, employee engagement, key employee retention, workflow efficiency and change management
• Embed corporate HR programs, policies, and procedures, adding value to the business through effective partnering with stakeholders and providing professional guidance and support.
  
  
  

Preferred Requirements:

• At least 10-12 years of prior experience ideally in the palm oil or forestry industries.
• Demonstrated expertise in community relations and industrial relations for large-sized companies with multiple business units / sites in Indonesia.
• Proven track record in HR Business Partnering and stakeholder management, preferably within the plantation or agricultural industry
• Experience managing a large headcount and driving positive change in a challenging on-site setting
• Strong understanding of palm oil industry dynamics
• Ability and willingness to be based on-site full time in Kalimantan.
• Proven leadership experience in a senior HR role
