Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and deploying advanced AI models, particularly in natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning. This role will involve designing innovative solutions that leverage LLMs to enhance our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Model Development: Design, implement, and optimize state-of-the-art LLMs for various applications, including but not limited to chatbots, content generation, and information retrieval.
- Research & Innovation: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and LLM technologies, contributing to the research and development of cutting-edge techniques and methodologies.
- Data Management: Work with large datasets to preprocess, clean, and annotate data, ensuring high-quality input for model training.
- Performance Evaluation: Establish metrics and benchmarks to evaluate model performance, conducting rigorous testing and validation.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, software engineers, and data scientists, to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for models, processes, and best practices, ensuring knowledge transfer and maintainability.
Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with a strong focus on LLMs and NLP techniques.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong understanding of LLM architectures (e.g., GPT, BERT, T5).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and deployment practices.
Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex datasets and draw actionable insights.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
