Responsibilities:

  • Handle all end-to-end recruitment progress for tech and non tech dept.
  • Manage all aspects of the hiring process including pre-screening, interviews, reference checks, offering and signing of employment agreements.
  • Actively identify, attract, source and cold calling talent in the market using multiple sources/sites/channels.
  • Liaise and coordinate with external recruitment to assist in hiring specific talent in the market.
  • Liaising and working collaboratively with hiring managers to determine their specifications and qualifications of what they are looking for from potential candidates.
  • Maintaining databases of job applicants, candidates who have interviewed for positions, and current employees.
  • Propose compensation package to senior management for approval.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or any related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of recruiting working experience.
  • Excellent research/sourcing skills including use of boolean, LinkedIn and alternative search techniques.
  • Ability to deliver results with little supervision, and effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects/requisitions and candidates.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • A team player with pleasant personality, excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable working in an onsite setting.
  • Preferably Hokkien speaking.
