JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Monitor the counseling of the Overseas Student Recruitment.

2. Set up sales plan in order to achieve sales target required by the company.

3. Support, motivate team members to achieve individual and team target.

4. Supervise daily work of the members and ensure customer satisfaction.

5. Build up good relationship with students, parents, government, school, university and abroad school partner

6. Work closely with other job functions in the company to improve overall services Level.

7. Immediate reporting of important issues (service, operational, HR) to CEO, propose solution where possible.

JOB REQUIREMENT & RESPONSIBLE

1. Graduate or Postgraduate.

2. Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Sales or Consultant in Education field

3. Good communicator, strong sales skill with proved track record.

4. Good computer skill (Microsoft Office)

5. Fluent in English

6. Target Oriented, good Leadership skill and problem solver

7. Finding new potential clients of University, lead research and sources, and networking to drive sales.

8. Maintain and build a good rapport with existing Universities and update the latest program provided.

9. Demonstrated ability to keep client projects on plan and on budget.

10. Ensuring all Sales Marketing program both online and offline are running well

11. Responsible to running branding and marketing strategy and program both online and offline are running well.

12. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

13. Adaptable to change, open to new ideas, open to taking on new responsibilities and adjusting plans to meet changing needs

14. Self-starter personality; ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and ensuring deadlines are met.

15. Involved in company’s activities such as company’s exhibition or school expo.
