Job Description

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of production activities within the factory. Ensure production processes are efficient, meet quality standards, and adhere to safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement production plans and schedules. Coordinate with various departments to ensure accurate material arrangement and timely delivery of products.
  • Monitor and improve quality control processes to ensure products meet required specifications and standards.
  • Analyze and manage production costs, aiming to reduce waste and improve cost-efficiency without compromising quality.
  • Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed. Promote a safety culture within the team to minimize accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a cohesive and motivated team. Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and performance.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and effectiveness. Utilize data and feedback to drive operational enhancements.
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities, performance metrics, and other relevant documentation. Prepare and present reports to senior management.


The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (at least 5 years) in a production management role, preferably in the food or sugar processing industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of production and manufacturing processes, with a focus on safety and quality.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
