Responsibilities:
1. Coordinating the resources (manpower, raw materials, tools, finish goods, etc.)
2. Analyzing the production machine capacity and productivity rate
3. Controlling the NG rate to maximize the production result
4. Coordinating with the superior to calculate, control, and predict the cost of production to maximize the productivity and profitability
5. Keeping a good relationship with engineering vendors
6. Preparing for production reports
7. Support the trainings needed for the production team
8. Improving production cycle time (OEE, down time, etc)
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in engineering or related field
2. Having at least 7 years of experience in food industry PRODUCT CHIPS WILL BE ADVANTAGE
3. Having experience in snack food, especially chips, field is a significant plus
4. Have a good sense of leadership
5. Familiarity in FSSC, BRCGS, ISO 22000, and HACCP will be an advantage
6. Strong sense in communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
7. Good understanding in improvement, such as Lean or Six Sigma, or Kaizen
