Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and compensation processes.
- Support headquarters-driven initiatives like campus recruitment and training programs.
- Oversee administrative tasks, including procurement of assets, company licensing, and compliance with local regulations.
- Organize company meetings and events, ensuring effective coordination.
- Assist management with other assigned tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Administrative Management, or related fields.
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in HR and administrative functions.
- Familiarity with national labor laws and regulations.
- Fluent in spoken Chinese, with strong English skills (written and spoken).
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, with a positive and responsible attitude.
- Able to work well under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
